
2009-2010 Season
Cornhole/Bagz (Fall)
- The Cornhole/Bagz Tournament will be held Sunday, October 18th from 12-3PM at Long Field.
- The tournament is open to men and women.
- Registration is now open, and ends Friday, October 16th at 4PM. You can register by sending an email to Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu.
- Fornat: Each team will consist of two players.
- It will be a single elimination tournament. Expect to play at any time.
- Brackets and rules will be sent out Friday, October 16th by 5PM.
- The winner(s) will receive an Intramural Champion T-Shirt and points toward "Team of the Year".
Table Tennis (Fall)
- The Table Tennis Tournament will be held Monday, October 19th from 7-10PM in the Norris GameRoom.
- The tournament is open to men and women.
- Registration: You can register on site for the Table Tennis tournament. Please be there by 7PM to register. If you have any questions regarding the Table Tennis tournament please send an email to Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu.
- It will be a single elimination tournament. Expect to play at any time.

Billiards (8-Ball) (Fall)
- The Billiards Tournament will be held Monday, November 2nd from 7-10PM in the Norris GameRoom.
- The tournament is open to men and women.
- Registration: You can register on site for the Billiards tournament. Please be there by 7PM to register. If you have any questions regarding the Billiards tournament please send an email to Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu.
- It will be a single elimination tournament. Expect to play at any time.

NCAA College Bowl Mania(Fall/Winter)
- • Registration has not begun for the 2009-20010 college football bowl games.
• To register for the NCAA College Bowl Mania go to this site: http://games.espn.go.com/bowlmania/frontpage. If you do not have an ESPN account you will need to open one up. It is free of charge. The private league in NUIM and the password for the NUIM league is: wildcats
• Rank each game from 1-32 in the order of your confidence in each winner. You assign 32 to the winner you are most confident in and 1 to the winner you have the lowest amount of confidence in. You can only assign each point value one time. You then receive your assigned point value each time you make a correct bowl pick. The winner is the person with the most points at the end of the bowl season, not necessarily the person with the most correct picks.
• The NCAA College Football Bowl games begin Saturday, December 19th. All of your picks must be submitted by this date.
• The rules and scoring system are on the ESPN web-site.
• The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
Sports Trivia Bowl (Winter)
- The Sports Trivia Bowl will be held Wednesday, February 11th in Patten Gym, 5PM - 11PM. Games last 30 minutes.
- You can register by sending an email to Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu. The deadline to register is Wednesday, February 11th at 9AM.
- It will be a single elimination tournament. Expect to play at any time.
- Format: Each team will have 3 players competing at once. You may have up to 5 people on your roster.
- Rules will be sent out with the brackets by noon on Wednesday.
- The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
3-Point Shoot-Out (Winter)
- The 3-Point Shoot-out will be held Sunday, February 15th at 8PM in Blomquist Gym. The tournament is open to men and women.
- Registration: You can register on-site for the 3-Point Shoot-out. We will register participants from 8PM - 8:15PM.
- The top 8 scores will advance to a single elimination tournament.
- The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
NCAA Pick 'em (Winter/Spring)
- Registration begins for the NCAA College Basketball Pick'em when the field is selected on Sunday night. Go to the website provided below and follow the directions. If you do not have a CBS Sportsline account you will need to open one up. It is free of charge. Website: http://nuim.mayhem.sportsline.com/e
- The password for the NUIM bracket is: wildcats
- After you register, you can make your selections.
- The NCAA basketball tournament begins Thursday, March 19th (play-in game not counted).
- The rules and scoring system are on the CBSSportsline web-site.
- The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
Tennis Singles (Spring)
- The first two rounds of the Tennis Singles Tournament will start Tuesday, May 5th and Wednesday, May 6th. The final rounds will conclude the following week. Matches will start at 4PM and 6PM. You must be able to play at one of those times. Please let me know which time works best. The tournament is open to men and women.
- Matches will be played at the Vandy Christie Tennis Center (outdoor courts on Sheridan Road).
- Registration is open. You can register by sending an email to Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu.
- It will be a single elimination tournament.
- The deadline to register is Monday, May 4th at 5PM. Brackets and rules will be sent out Tuesday morning, May 5th.
- The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
Golf Outing (Spring)
- The Golf Outing will be held Tuesday, June 2nd at Highland Park Country Club.
- The format will be an 18 hole, 4-Man Scramble. Tee times will be between 12:45PM and 1:45PM (approximate).
- Cost: $35 per person, or $140 per team. This includes 18 holes + cart, lunch, and prizes (listed below).
- To register: Email Ryan Coleman, r-coleman@northwestern.edu with your 4-Man team.
- There will be prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt, etc.
- The winner(s) will also receive points toward "Team of the Year".
Home Run Derby (Spring)
- The Home-Run Derby will be held Thursday, May 28th. The Home-Run Derby is open to men and women.
- The Home Run Derby will be held at the women's varsity softball field.
- Registration: You can register on-site for the Home-Run Derby. Please be there between 3:45PM and 4PM to register.
- The top 8 hitters will advance to a single elimination tournament.
- The winner(s) will receive a $15 Chipotle or Lou Malnati's gift certificate (your choice) and points toward "Team of the Year".
